PFCU’s Business Accounts Policy
Our policy on business accounts is to delay the availability of funds deposited by checks into the account until credit is received for the funds. During the delay, funds cannot be withdrawn in cash or be used to pay checks written. The first $225.00 from a deposit of local checks will be available on the first business day after the deposit. The remainder will be available on the second business day after the deposit. Members who use their account to house funds that are involved in the operation of a business or hobby are considered to have a business account. If your account has been determined to be a business account, you will be charged as stated above. If you do not agree that your account should be considered a business account, it will be reviewed by credit union management.
