- To end your Lucy phone call, simply hang up

Common Share Suffixes
- 1 = Regular Savings
- 2 = Christmas Club
- 4 = Money Market Accounts
- 6-9 = Checking Accounts

- Option 4 – Share or Loan Withdrawal. Follow the menu prompts.
- Option 5 – Deactivate or Report a Lost or Stolen Card. Report your debit or credit card lost or stolen.
- Option 6 – Stop Payment. Follow the menu prompts to stop payment on a single check number or range of checks.
- Option 7 – More Options. Follow the menu prompts.
