Flint, MI, October 2024 - In the spirit of supporting local communities that we serve, the PFCU Credit Union staff have chosen Beauty for Ashes (Flint) as the recipient of the third quarter dress down monies.  PFCU staff can choose to donate dollars for the right to dress down on Friday and Saturdays.  Staff then each year choose where the dollars are donated, among 12-16 choices of non-profits in our communities.

Beauty for Ashes is a ministry dedicated to bringing hope and healing for a new   and empowered life.  They minister to women who are survivors of human trafficking and those at risk of sexual exploitation and addiction.  Brianna Thompson, Executive Director of Beauty for Ashes shares, “The ladies we serve and our team at Beauty for Ashes are immensely grateful to receive this generous gift from PFCU.  This donation will help fund the Christmas gala for our survivors.”
