Official Contest Rules
PFCU Credit Union “Drawer Boxer Kitchen Reorganization Makeover” Contest
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Eligibility
This PFCU contest (“Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of Michigan who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) of PFCU (“Sponsor”), its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their household members are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Sponsor
The Promotion is sponsored by PFCU, 6451 Cherry Mdw DR SE, Caledonia, MI 49316
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 9/4/25 at 9 am and ends on 9/30/25 at 5 pm (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be considered.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may enter by completing the official entry form at the PFCU branch in Caledonia (address above). Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries will not increase chances of winning. No purchase or account opening is necessary to enter or win.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: A Kitchen Re-organization Makeover from The Drawer Boxer, to include $3000 worth of design consultation, labor, and accessories. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about Friday, October 3 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by phone within 10 days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within 10 days of notification and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Waiver, and/or Publicity Release (where permitted by law). If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation in the Promotion constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion.
11. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in [county, state]. All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
