Account Access

There are nearly 30,000 CO-OP ATMs nationwide where you can withdraw cash from your PFCU savings or checking account free of charge. The drive-thru lanes at all of our branches are still open during our regular business hours, and you can withdraw cash at any PFCU ATM or Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).  Don’t forget you can also transfer funds between your accounts via phone banking, online banking and the PFCU Mobile App.

You can deposit cash or checks through any of our ATMs or ITM’s. You can still use the drive-thru during regular business hours at select locations. See below for a full listing of locations and their available services:

Many of our branches also have a night deposit box where you can deposit after hours. If you're depositing a check, don’t forget about the mobile deposit option within our PFCU Mobile App.

 

If you don’t need a new card right away, we can issue you one over the phone and it will arrive in approximately 7 to 10 days. If you have a more urgent need, we can issue you a new card at our drive-thru at the following locations.

If this is an emergency and these options don’t work, please call us directly.

You can withdraw up to $500 per day, if there are enough funds in your account. For more details, please refer to the Terms & Conditions of your account. Don’t forget you can also transfer funds between your accounts in online banking and on the PFCU Mobile App.

You can request specific denominations at the drive-thru, or if you're near one of our ITM’s, you can request specific denominations. ITM’s are available Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM and on Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM. See which locations offer ITMs.

Yes, at this time, Federal Regulators have allowed for more than 6 transactions without penalty.

You can make your loan payment within online banking and the PFCU Mobile App. If you’re not able to make a payment online, please consider using phone banking, Dial: 800-647-5829. If you have additional questions, please give us a call during regular business hours at 844-517-3611 and we’ll be happy to help.

There are nearly 30,000 CO-OP ATMs and shared branches nationwide where you can withdraw cash from your PFCU savings or checking account free of charge. If you visit a shared branch, make sure you bring a valid ID and your account number.

Access your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from any phone, dial 800-647-5829 and follow the prompts. You can check your balances, transfer funds, keep tabs on your accounts without leaving the comfort of your home or office.

PFCU Branch Access

PFCU is committed to the safety of our staff and community. In an effort to support social distancing and the “Stay-at-Home” Executive Order given by Governor Gretchen Whitmer, PFCU will be closing several locations and limiting all remaining offices to drive-thru, ATM and ITM services (where applicable). Additionally, appointments will only be available for business members that need to conduct standard deposits.  Effective Tuesday, March 24, 2020 the following locations will be closed until May 28, 2020:

Our ITM’s are located in Durand, Corunna, Owosso, Genesee Valley, VanSlyke and Swartz Creek. You can find ATMs, and Interactive Teller Machines here.

For many of our loans, you can apply online. Please visit the ‘Borrow’ section of our website to learn more about each loan type. You can also apply for most loans over the phone by calling us at 844-517-3611. Please keep in mind that as we navigate through this challenging and changing environment PFCU reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to limit or adjust current loan offerings.

Online/Mobile Access

Visit our website www.pfcu4me.com, click on “Login” and select “New User Setup” to create a new online banking account. You’ll need your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security number to sign up. If you need help, call us at 844-517-3611. We also have short instructional videos on the website to help as well.

You can reset your password by clicking on the “forgot password” link located on the login page on PFCU online banking.

For personal online banking, our mobile app is available on Google Play and in the App Store. Just search ‘PFCU Mobile’.

For Our Small Business Members

The U.S. Small Business Administration is now offering low-interest, fixed-rate Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL). Learn more about how you can apply for this assistance. We recommend you apply early. Other Questions

If you've been financially impacted by coronavirus, please know that we’re here to help. You may be eligible to skip your loan payment. Call us at 844-517-3611 to see if you qualify. There is no fee for you to skip your payment at this time. PFCU is also offering an assistance loan with no payments or interest until July 1, 2020. Additionally, PFCU is waiving certificate of deposit withdrawal penalties. For details, contact us at 844-517-3611 and we can explore different options on an individual basis. We have also eliminated and/or reduced several standard fees on services effective through 4/30/2020. Effective July 1, 2020 all fees will revert back to pre-healthcare crisis level.

The state of Michigan has a coronavirus hotline for questions: 888.535.6136. It is open seven days a week from 8 AM to 5 PM.

We all need to do our part to not to overwhelm hospitals. You can take small actions to make a big difference, like:

  • Practicing social distancing and stay six to ten feet away from others
  • Washing your hands for 20 seconds frequently
  • Not touching your face
  • Staying home as much as possible

To reduce the number of visits to the ATM or drive-thru, please consider using your PFCU debit card or credit card for purchases.

Remember to continue supporting local businesses and restaurants by ordering take-out or by purchasing gift cards. Many businesses are also asking customers to pay with a debit or credit card to minimize cash handling.
